The DNA Stage 2 Kit, can be either a DNA filter or a DNA cover that is designed to replace a part of the air box, seriously increasing air flow to the engine. With the proper fuel recalibration the results are always very impressive. This stage 2 DNA application is ideal for the Royal Enfield Inter. 650.

Description

This filter features DNA®’s Stage 2 kit eliminates the OEM intake snorkel of the Royal Enfield 650 and offers higher performance and better intake sound.
This Stage 2 kit is designed to work exclusively with the DNA R-RE65N18-01 air filter.
Performance wise, up to + 6 whp can be offered from our Stage 2 kit for the Royal Enfield with the proper ECU tune.
The flow of this DNA filter set is 95.47% more than the Royal Enfield stock paper filter.
DNA air filter flow: 60.40 CFM (Cubic feet per minute) @1,5"H2O corrected @ 25degrees Celsius.
Royal Enfield stock paper filter: 30.90 CFM (Cubic feet per minute) @1,5"H2O corrected @ 25degrees Celsius.
This DNA filter is designed as a High flow Air filter for: ‘Race use’.
Fuel recalibration is suggested.

A DNA High Performance Filter is a high quality, next generation multilayer cotton gauze, flameproof, oil impregnated air filter.

This very special cotton is designed by DNA's R&D engineers for High Performance filtering purposes. The basic media is a non woven surgical cotton gauze with a modified TEX & THREAD, with extremely high strength of break. This unique cotton media, actually is a “hairy hybrid” featuring extremely high air flow rates and excellent filtering efficiency that exceeds 98%.

The DNA Stage 3 Kit, consists of a complete air box and filter, designed to replace the existing OEM air box, improve air circulation around the filter and air flow to the engine. Power increase up to 12 HP is common with the S3! The S3 includes all the necessary hardware and installation information.
